Le Grand Fromage
The art deco-style main dining room serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide range of hot and cold items, including a famous French cheese board. Lunch is also buffet-style plus a carving station while dinner is more formal, featuring an a la carte menu with regional favorites.
La Brasserie
A French-style brasserie offering light bites during the day. A full a la carte menu for dinner provides a more leisurely alternative to Le Grand Fromage.
Le Café du Soleil
A panoramic dining venue on the Soleil Deck popular for lunch with soups, grilled meats, and an extensive salad bar that includes a variety of fresh greens, hand-selected tomatoes, virtually every salad topping imaginable, and tarte flambee made-to-order (a French flatbread). After dark it’s a popular spot for sundowner cocktails.
Le Cave des Vins
A specialty dining venue available for an additional charge, Le Cave des Vins is the place to go for celebrating a special occasion. It offers a set menu with expert wine pairings enjoyed in a private dining room at a communal table.

Serenity River Spa
Enjoy a selection of wellness experiences (scheduled in advance) at the Serenity River Spa, including various massages like hot stone, scalp, full body, hand and foot treatments, and a ritual tea ceremony.
Fitness Center
State-of-the-art fitness equipment, including cardio machines and free weights, is available in the fitness center where wellness coaches lead a variety of classes (they’re sometimes hosted in scenic locations onshore).
Soleil Deck with a Pool
Soleil is the top deck, featuring an infinity-edge, heated plunge pool with blue and white mosaic tiles from South Africa. Guests can unwind in the shaded lounge chairs or the cafe seating, located in an open area under the sun.
