The Residence Overview
Located in the upmarket suburb of Houghton, this large house is now a luxury boutique guest house. It is a great base to explore the area and offers a tranquil oasis of calm in a big city. The hotel has a pool set in its lush gardens and a substantial spa and gym. You can eat inside or outside at a table tucked away in the gardens. The hotel comprised of 18 rooms spread over 7 room types. All rooms are luxurious and have a slightly extravagant feel to them. The rooms are decorated with chandeliers and luxurious fabrics with indoor and outdoor showers. They also have air conditioning and underfloor hearing, satellite TV and sound systems. Some room types have private Jacuzzis and terraces.
