Let Us Plan Your Travel to Singapore
Singapore may have a cityscape that looks like something out of a sci-fi novel with cloud-touching skyscrapers and glistening clean streets, but you’ll find enticing green spaces and a melting pot of cultures that’s resulted in a diverse food scene and ethnic enclaves like Chinatown and Little India.
Thanks to one of the most efficient public transport systems in the world, you can get just about anywhere in minutes, enjoying local hawker centers that can be found in every neighborhood for some of the best cheap eats for lunch followed by Michelin-starred fine dining for dinner.
While Singapore’s skyline may be filled with soaring glass towers, the concrete jungles that once dominated have been giving way to green skyscrapers that look more like living ecosystems. Just outside of town are treetop jungle bridges, scenic walking trails, abundant wildlife and the crowning green jewel, Singapore Botanic Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Singapore is also a year-round shopping paradise. When the sizzling heat outdoors gets to be too much, locals often duck inside to enjoy air-conditioned retail therapy, with Orchard Road the place to be for fashion houses, high-end brands, and a few discount outlets.
In the local neighborhoods you’ll find bustling markets, art galleries, independent designers and more. From the nearly 550-foot-high Singapore Flyer, one of the largest observation wheels in the world, you can get a 360-degree view of the urban landscape from Marina Bay. A ride just before dusk is especially enjoyable with the row of downtown skyscrapers softly lit.

There’s no better panoramic view in Singapore than from the Singapore Flyer, where you’ll soar 550 feet into the air, above the city skyline. From the air-conditioned pods, gaze out at Marina Bay, the skyscrapers, Colonial District and CBD, and on a clear day, even Malaysia. After dark, you’ll have a glittering view of the city lights.
Explore Kampomg Glam
The Muslim center of Singapore is home to carpet shops, mosques and Middle Eastern fare. There’s also been a surge of funky new restaurants and boutique cocktail bars in recent years. Shoppers are in for a special street with some of the top boutiques in Singapore with their vintage clothing and cult labels, while sightseers will appreciate the Instagrammable streets with gorgeously restored shophouses.
Visit the National Orchid Garden
Located inside the Singapore Botanic Gardens, the National Orchid Garden houses more than 60,000 orchid plants with over 1,000 species and more than 2,000 hybrids. They’re magnificent displayed in four separate color/season zones with winter featuring whites and blues, spring filled with bright yellows, golds and creams; vibrant reds and pinks in the summer zone; and autumn showcasing earthy hues.
Do a Singapore Night Safari
The Singapore Night Safari is a nocturnal zoo inside the Singapore Zoo. Only open after dark, it offers a unique glimpse of elusive nocturnal animals, with nearly 900 creatures from over 100 species, including endangered wildlife like the Malayan tiger. A Tram Safari ride with commentary is available that will bring you from the jungle to the rugged Himalayan foothills.

With a wealth of things to see and do, some say a visit to Sentosa is like a rollercoaster ride without any stops, experiencing one high after another on an enchanting island just minutes from the mainland, accessed by bridge.
