Day by Day Itinerary
- Day 1
Singapore: Arrival into Singapore
Your holiday begins with your arrival into Singapore Changi Airport. You’ll be met by our drive for private transfer to your accommodation. This global financial mecca known for its diverse cultural and contrasting melting pot of old and new, boasts everything from futuristic skyscrapers to colonial landmarks, while Michelin-star restaurants stand next to traditional Indian and Chinese food stalls. After taking time to refresh and get settled into your room, you might want to get a perspective of it all from above by taking a ride on the Singapore Flyer, which offers a 360-degree view from nearly 550 feet above.
- Day 2
Singapore: Day of Leisure
The attractions in Singapore are nearly endless, with everything from world-famous shopping and cultural delights to endless dining and entertainment options. You’ll have the day to explore on your own, perhaps immersing yourself in vibrant Chinatown with its traditional markets and shops tucked among trendy cafes and modern boutiques. It sits right next to the Central Business District and dates back to the 1830s, with its most popular attractions Club Street Chinatown and the Chinatown Food Street. The latter sits along Smith Street and offers Singapore’s most authentic dining experiences with everything from mouthwatering Satays to tantalising plates of Char Kway Teow.
- Day 3
Singapore: Day of Leisure
If you want to learn more about Singapore’s rich history, visit its oldest museum, the National Museum of Singapore. Made up of two main galleries, the Singapore Living Galleries and the Singapore History Gallery. Covering the city-state’s past from the 14th century to the present as well as highlight topics like fashion, film and food. Don’t miss the chance to shop, along Orchard Road you’ll find unrivalled shopping along with world-class dining and drinking experiences. With many rooftop bars here, from Smoke & Mirrors to LeveL33, you might want to end your day with a cocktail and a sunset view.
- Day 4
Ubud: Transfer from Bali
This morning you’ll depart Singapore, with private transfer bringing you back to the airport. Catch the short flight to Bali, meeting your private driver for the 40-minute ride to Ubud. Located in the heart of the island’s jungle, it’s a mecca of tranquillity, a place to relax and immerse yourself in culture and nature. After settling into your accommodation, stretch your legs by wandering around town. This is Bali’s handicraft center, with lots of interesting shops and galleries to visit. If you need a pick-me-up, there are plenty of places to sip the famously fantastic Balinese coffee here while people watching.
- Day 5
Ubud: Classic VW Convertible Tour
A classic tour of exotic Bali, enjoyed in a vintage VW Convertible is included, a fun way to explore the area, visiting everything from temples to cultural arts and crafts markets. Travelling the winding roads framed by lush greenery to the 11th-century Pura Kehan temple complex, one of the island’s most stunning. Continue to the traditional plantation village of Pengilipuran, surrounded by bamboo forest and vibrant green plantations, learning about the lives of the villagers. In Kintamani village, enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Batur, and the arts and crafts markets. On your return, see intricate wood carvings in Mas and Tohpati’s famous batik.
- Day 6
Ubud: Day of Leisure
The day is all yours to do as you like. You could make it a day of relaxation, indulging in spa treatments and lounging around the pool. Or, a number of optional experiences are available if you’d like to do some more exploring. A visit to less-explored East Bali is possible, featuring the island’s ancient history, including Klungkun Palace, Rendang’s beautiful rice paddies, Candidasa beach and Tenganan village to witness a way of life that’s remain unchanged for centuries. The final stop is the temple at Goa Lawah, known as the “bat cave,” one of the most sacred places to Balinese Hindus.
- Day 7
Ubud: Day of Leisure
There is so much to see and do in Ubud and the surrounding area. Once again you can choose to relax or take advantage of your last day here to visit more enticing attractions. One of the most popular is the Monkey Forest, a sanctuary for more than a thousand Balinese long-tailed monkeys, just a short walk from the center of town. Meandering paths wind through lush forest with banyans trees while offering close encounters with the entertaining monkeys that make for great photo-ops. They’ll be walking alongside you, swinging through the trees and playing on the magnificent temple grounds.
- Day 8
Seminyak: Transfer from Ubud
The final portion of your 11-night holiday brings you to Seminyak, famous for its beautiful beaches, surfing and legendary sunsets. Take private transfer from Ubud to the Bali’s south coast where you’ll stay in this laid-back seaside down with its long stretch of sand and long list of fashionable bars and upscale eateries. While its smooth, powdery sands are its biggest draw, you’ll also find endless shopping opportunities and indulgent spas. Once you’ve checked in, if you can bring yourself to leave your luxurious surroundings, enjoy a walk along the beach and then find a perfect spot to dine with a sunset view.
- Day 9
Seminyak: Guided Coffee and Chocolate Plantation Hike
An unforgettable full-day tour is on the itinerary today, included as part of your stay in Seminyak. You’ll explore traditional culture, get to know some of the locals and enjoy breathtaking scenery in the remote region of Belimbing. A guided 4.4-mile walk will bring you through lush green rice paddies and around coffee and chocolate plantations, leading to the sacred Benben Waterfall where you can bathe in the pool beneath. Soothe your appetite with freshly prepared lunch before dressing up in traditional Balinese attire and partaking in an age-old Balinese ceremony at a local Hindu temple nestled deep within the jungle.
- Day 10
Seminyak: Day of Leisure
The day is yours to enjoy, but we highly suggest taking the opportunity to embark on a cruise. Day trips are available on a luxury catamaran that will bring you to Nasa Lembongan to enjoy a wide range of activities on land and water. Just a few of the options include snorkeling in Lembongan Bay, taking an introductory diving lesson, or seeing the abundant marine life and coral from a semi-submersible coral viewer. It also includes unlimited banana boat rides, a cultural island tour and whizzing down a 115-foot-long waterslide. You’ll feast on a tasty buffet on board before returning to mainland Bali.
- Day 11
Seminyak: Day of Leisure
On your last full day, we recommend relaxing at your resort. Enjoy a leisurely morning, lingering at breakfast and perhaps spending time around the pool, taking refreshing dips in between cocktails. Or, head to the beach to lounge on the sand and splash around in the water. If you want to get more active, you can walk along the beach all the way to Kuta. A celebratory dinner may be in order, dining alfresco as you watch the sunset, staying until nightfall to enjoy the warm evening air under the stars, taking advantage of those final magical moments on Bali.
