The recently restored Villa Igiea sits within an Art Nouveau palazzo that overlooks the Gulf of Palermo. Built in 1900, the long restoration process preserved its Belle Epoque feel, blending its architectural grandeur of the past with modern 21st-century comforts. Today, it enjoys its former splendor as a jewel in the Mediterranean while providing a wealth of amenities at the foot of Mount Pellegrino in a seaside-meets-city sanctuary. The magnificent, tiered villa gardens sweep down to the port, touching the Tyrrhenian Sea, while the on-site Florio Restaurant and two atmospheric bars, one at poolside, offer authentic Sicilian flavors. Rooms and suites mix period features with contemporary flair, featuring classic antiques and locally crafted elements while being light and airy. All include standard amenities like Smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, minibars, and Carrera marble bathrooms with handmade Sicilian floor tiles and high-end toiletries. Some offer views over the Gulf of Palermo.
