Kyaninga Lodge Overview
Kyangina Lodge has, arguably, the best views in all of Uganda. The lodge is set against a picturesque backdrop of the mighty Rwenzori Mountains and Lake Kyangina (hence the lodge name). Although you do have to walk up a lot of wooden stairs, a welcome drink and a team of friendly staff will greet you as you arrive into the main area. As you walk out onto the raised wooden deck, the view is the first thing you blow you away. In front of that, a swimming pool sparkles under the strong African sunshine. Kyaninga Lodge has 9 cottages which are all accessible via a wooden walkway. Because of its position on the edge of the crater, each cottage has a private veranda with the same exceptional views. The rooms feature indoor seating areas (where your morning tea or coffee will be brought to), ensuite bathrooms with elegant décor and freestanding baths. Kyaninga Lodge is an all-round great property.
