Little Tubu Camp Overview
Little Tubu offers a luxurious safari stay in an intimate atmosphere with just three tents, accommodating up to six guests. All are luxurious and include verandas that overlook the floodplains, en-suite facilities with an outdoor shower, complimentary Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, safes, bathrobes and slippers, toiletries, and even yoga mats and resistance bands. The camp sits on Hunda Island, which is the tip of a large “sand tongue” and the largest area of dry land from July through September in the Jao Concession. Outstanding game viewing with large concentrations of zebra and wildebeest, plus frequent sightings of elephant and giraffe, and exceptional birding is all enjoyed here. A variety of land- and water-based activities are provided, including game drives, night drives, mokoro excursions, boat rides, and catch-and-released fishing. Dining is communal in a thatch dining room, alfresco on the viewing deck or around the fire pit.
