Lion Camp Overview
Lion Camp is an independent lodge in the South Luangwa National Park, offering luxury safari accommodation with fantastic guiding. The camp is located just outside the Nsefu Sector, north of Mfuwe. This area is thriving with big cat populations – lion prides, leopards, and wild dogs in particular. The camp comprises 10 luxury suites, connected by elevated wooden walkways with unparalleled views out to the plains. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, each featuring ensuite bathrooms with double vanity stations, a day bed, and a private wooden veranda – perfect for an armchair safari or an afternoon siesta. The main area has a swimming pool, an evening firepit, a photographic hide, and alfresco dining areas.
