Katambuga House is an elegant and stylish lodge set in extensive grounds, on the Endurance Estate near Arusha. With attention to detail, caring staff, and excellent dining, Katambuga House is a destination in its own right. Surrounded by colorful tropical gardens, the lodge’s peaceful location will restore your sense of inner calm. Spot indigenous birds or stroll through the fields with Mount Meru dominating the skyline to the north. At night, wonder at the multitudes of stars above. Arusha airstrip is just a short ten-minute drive away, so it’s a great option if you’re flying on to your safari from here. The cozy main house offers casual elegance and is adorned by a selection of original photography and African art. It offers 4 rooms, each with its own private bathrooms. There is also a family cottage offering an additional 2 interconnecting rooms, each with its own private bathroom. Large king-size beds or Twin queen-size beds are arranged according to guests’ requested allocation. This intimate lodge welcomes up to 14 guests.
