      The cruise portion of your trip begins today by taking a private transfer from your hotel in Dubrovnik (or the airport for later arrivals) to Gruz Harbour where your ship awaits. Take a guided walking tour of the Old City, taking in sights like Rector’s Palace and Sponza Palace along with the jaw-dropping view from atop the imposing stone walls that include the sea, nearby islands, and the red-tiled roofs of the historic center. Return in time for the Welcome Dinner and Reception that starts at 7 pm.

      Today, we’ll sail to Slano, a traditional fishing village on the coastal mainland that sits next to Ston, another fortified village that’s world-renowned for its oysters. This is our destination for a tasting of both oysters and mussels straight from the sea at an oyster farm while learning more about how they’re harvested. Return to the ship for this evening’s Captain’s Dinner with live entertainment.

      We’ll travel north to lush Mljet Island, visiting its national park. A short walk brings you to two famous saltwater lakes in brilliant hues of blue and green, with Great Lake home to an islet topped with an ancient Benedictine monastery. Continue to Korcula Island where you’ll enjoy a guided walking tour through Korcula Old Town which looks as if it came straight from the pages of a storybook, complete with walls, gates, towers, and bastions. The rest of the day is yours – enjoy dinner this evening at one of the many authentic eateries along the waterfront or among the maze of narrow streets.

      Departing early for one of the most remote islands in Croatia, Vis, en route we’ll stop so that you can enjoy a refreshing dip in a hidden cove or secluded bay surrounded by magnificent scenery. Arriving at Vis this afternoon, you’ll notice an incredibly serene atmosphere as it’s largely unspoiled by tourism due to its isolation and having been closed off to the public for decades while used as a military base. Enjoy a relaxed visit on your own, strolling the waterfront and through the charming streets with many taverns for enjoying a tasty meal or unwinding with your favorite beverage.

      Sailing toward sunny Hvar, famous for its world-class restaurants and nightlife, enjoy a highlight along the way, stopping en route to visit Bisevo Island which hosts the famous Blue Cave. A tour in a small boat brings you inside to marvel at a magical natural phenomenon. The interior is illuminated in a mesmerizing blue glow when the rays of the sun enter through a crack in the roof and reflect off the white limestone sea bottom. Once in Hvar, you’ll visit Jelsa for a wine-tasting experience at a family-run winery.

      Zlatni Rat Beach & Trogir

      We’ll overnight in Trogir but before we reach the medieval town, you’ll get to enjoy a thrilling swim stop at Zlatni Rat beach near the town of Bol on Brac Island. One of Europe’s most beautiful, it stretches for nearly a third of a mile into the dreamy aquamarine sea that surrounds it on three sides. If you’d rather, you can grab a coffee and enjoy people-watching in town instead. After reaching Trogir, a guided walking tour will reveal its many architectural wonders like St. Lawrence Cathedral before returning to the ship.

      On the last day of your cruise, we’ll sail to Split where you’ll join an exciting walking tour that’s like a trip back in time. Alongside your guide, you’ll head through the labyrinth of narrow streets in Diocletian’s Palace, a vast complex built as the Roman emperor’s retirement residence. The remarkably well-preserved buildings date all the way back to the 4th century, with influences by the Greeks, Romans, and Venetians. You’ll even see the palace cellars, a filming site for the hit series “Game of Thrones,” serving as the place where Daenerys’ dragons were trained.

      Split Disembarktion. To Plitvice National Park

      With the cruise portion of your trip concluded your private driver will pick you up upon disembarkation to explore one of Croatia’s top attractions: Plitvice Lakes National Park. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, its images have frequently gone viral, with lakes in surreal hues that range from brilliant turquoise to emerald, while countless waterfalls are laced in between, spilling into tranquil pools. You’ll be able to walk the boardwalks and wooded paths that wind through awe-inspiring viewpoints, take a boat ride across Kozjak Lake, and finish with a ride on a panoramic train that leads back to the park entrance.

      A private transfer will bring you from your Plitvice hotel to Zagreb this morning. The capital and largest city of Croatia, it has a more than three-thousand-year history. After settling into your accommodation here, our local guide will meet you for a tour through the cobbled streets of the Old Town, which include the symbol of the city, 13th-century St. Mark’s Church and its colorful roof as well as Zagreb Cathedral, the most monumental sacral gothic-style building southeast of the Alps, with twin spires that stand out on the skyline. Enjoy time for exploring the many parks, shops, cafes, and restaurants in the Lower Town too.
