Hotel Palacio de los Patos Overview
Located in a modern neighborhood just outside Old Town Granada, Hotel Palacio de los Patos is within a 15-minute walk of the Alhambra and the maze of streets in the two main historic quarters, Realejo and Albaicin. This opulent property hosts rooms that are split between the grand palace and an adjoining annex, with the superior rooms in the palace worth the splurge. They feature soaring ceilings and hand-painted beams, ornate cornices, and mosaic floors. The new wing is modern with wispy draperies and minimalist chic interiors. All include high-tech amenities like free Wi-Fi, iPod docks, and flat-screen satellite TVs with DVD players. In the subterranean spa, one can enjoy a massage, facials, steam baths, a sauna, and a small thermal pool with a roof that’s the glass bottom of a garden fountain. The on-site restaurant, Los Patos, offers indoor and outdoor dining in terraced gardens with a menu featuring Spanish dishes alongside several Asian offerings.
