Dining options include the Asian street food market-inspired Saigon Kitchen for all-day dining with a buffet lunch that serves Pan-Asian and Western dishes. A la carte dinners include a special seafood feast on the weekends. After dark the rooftop bar is the place to be for bespoke cocktails with a view.
