Dubai and Mauritius Escape

Welcome to Dubai, a magnificent city southwest of the Arabian Gulf, known for its sunshine, stunning coast, incredible shopping opportunities, and record-holding structures like Burj Al Arba and Burj Khlifa, while vast stretches of desert are at its back door. After landing at Dubai International Airport, you’ll be met by your private driver for the transfer to the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. You can enjoy the rest of the day relaxing after your long flight, taking advantage of the hotel facilities. There are over 500 shops and restaurants in the area to explore too, along with many entertainment options, like an indoor and outdoor cinema.

This morning you’ll learn more about the history and traditions in the area by exploring the old quarter of Dubai. The oldest residential quarter, it features a maze of streets with historic architecture that was established by merchants in the 19^th century. Today they serve as shops and art galleries. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, and then get ready for a feast in the Arabian Desert this evening. You’ll journey into the heart of the desert to watch a stunning sunset, enjoy a fragrant shisha followed by a fantastic meal with traditional entertainment under the dark starry sky.

The day is yours to experience what you wish, but we highly recommend visiting Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest structure, soaring more than 2,2722 feet high. Head to the observation deck on the 134^th floor for the best view of the city. You might also visit the 18^th-century Al Fahidi Fort to learn more about the history and culture of Dubai, hop on a water taxi down the river or visit one of the famous malls. The Mall of the Emirates has an indoor ski slope with real snow inside, while the Dubai Mall is home to an impressive aquarium and the Dubai fountains.

After three nights in Dubai, it’s time to say farewell, with private transfer bringing you back to the airport. You’ll catch your flight to Mauritius, located in the middle of the Indian Ocean, about 2,000 miles off the southeast coast of Africa.
