Casa del Poeta Overview
An intimate, upscale boutique hotel, Casa del Poeta sits along a tiny pedestrian-only cobbled alley just two blocks from the Alcazar. It hosts 18 elegant rooms and has an incredibly romantic air, with each featuring ultra-comfy beds with 500-thread count Egyptian cotton linens, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, fully stocked minifridges, and digital safes. Some have terraces overlooking the palm trees and garden at the Italian Consulate next door and Santa Cruz church. As a small boutique property there isn’t a pool, spa, or fitness center, but there is a rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of the Seville Cathedral and live classical guitar can be enjoyed on the patio every evening. The bar offers an excellent selection of brandies, gins, and single malt whiskies. Breakfast can be enjoyed on the patio or in the dining room and the hotel’s sister property nearby has an extensive menu available for lunch and dinner.
